FLEUR TAYLOR
CONSULTANT FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGIST
Fleur Taylor is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and she is endorsed in the area of Forensic Psychology. She has a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology, and is currently a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and an Associate Member of the APS College of Forensic Psychologists. She worked across community and custodial settings both in the clinical and forensic domains, with adults, adolescents and children. She was previously employed as a specialist psychologist with Family and Community Services (FaCS) and before that with a Non-Government Agency providing services to the Child Protection and Out of Home Care system. In both of these positions she worked within intensive support services teams, providing comprehensive psychological, psychometric, and risk assessments; intensive treatment (focusing on complex mental health concerns, offending behaviour including violent and sexual offending, trauma and abuse, and drug and alcohol use); behavioural management planning; and the provision of reports for Courts at all levels. She has also worked as a psychologist for community based and in-patient drug and alcohol services with NSW Health, providing both assessments and treatment in this area. Fleur has been working in private practice for the past four years and her focus has been on the provision of psychological assessment reports for Courts at all levels; guardianship/kinship/placement assessments for Government, and Non-Government, organisations; and risk assessment reports for a number of Government Agencies.
